Short answers, and what is not there yet.

The questions new accounts ask, answered from how the product behaves today. Limits are stated as limits. Nothing on this page is a promise about the future.

The basics

What you get.

What exactly is "my phone"? A full Android system that runs on our servers, with its own storage, its own network and Google Play. It shows up as a Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra with a 1440 by 3120 screen. It keeps its apps and data between sessions. It is not a handset in a drawer: there is no SIM card, no phone number and no physical camera.

Does anybody on your side have to set it up? No. Sign-up, the phone, the key and the calling setup are automatic. In our test the phone was ready 43 seconds after the email was confirmed. A person is involved only when you write to support, ask for more minutes or need a new key.

How do I sign in? With your API key, in the dashboard. There is no password.

Can I have more than one phone? A sign-up gives one phone per email address. For more, open a ticket.

What does it cost? Nothing is charged today; online payment is not switched on. Calls use call minutes: a new account has 10, for 14 days. See Minutes and billing.

iPhone

A waitlist today.

The sign-up form offers iPhone, but choosing it does not create a phone: the request is put on the waitlist and we write to you. Everything in this guide (dashboard screen, apps, lock screen, calls) describes the Android phone. The lock-screen feature and calls do not exist for iPhone.

Apps and accounts

What runs on the phone.

Which apps are on a new phone? The Android system apps, Firefox and Google Play. No account is signed in.

Can I use Google Play? Play Store is installed. Signing in with a Google account is done by you on the phone's screen. We have not yet verified that sign-in end to end on a new phone, so we do not promise it works for every account. Installing from an APK always works.

Will apps see a real phone? The phone reports itself as a Galaxy S25 Ultra. It is still a virtual device, and apps that check for that can tell. Banking apps and some games may refuse to run.

Can I use WhatsApp or Telegram on it? You can install them. Both need a phone number to register, and the phone has none, so you would have to use a number you own elsewhere. We have not tested that, and calls in those apps with the AI persona are not offered.
