Cookie and Tracking Notice

1.1This Notice is given by Protremix Technology Limited and supplements the Privacy Policy. It covers the public website at eriusphone.com, the sign-up pages, the Dashboard and the call pages.

2.1The public pages of the website, including the legal pages, load three tags supplied by Google: Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4 and a Google Ads tag. We use them to count visits, to see which pages are read, to measure whether our advertisements lead to access requests, and to be able to show our advertisements to people who have visited the website.

2.2Through these tags Google receives your IP address, details of your browser and device, the address of the page and of the page you came from and, where cookies are allowed, a cookie identifier. Google processes that data under its own privacy policy. Your email address is not sent to Google when you submit a form.

2.4Google may also read cookies already present on its own domains when the tags load.

2.5The Blog page additionally loads a script from our blog publishing provider, which fetches the posts from that provider's servers and so receives your IP address and browser details.

2.6Our own server keeps a count of page views with a campaign tag (the utm_ parameter or the referring site). That count holds no IP address and no visitor identifier and uses no cookie.

3.1For visitors whom we identify as being in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the cookies in clause 2.3 are off until accepted. A banner asks once, with Accept and Decline. Until you accept, and if you decline, no cookie is set; the tags still send Google a signal without cookies that a page was viewed (page address, time, browser details), which Google uses for aggregate counts.

3.2For visitors elsewhere, the cookies are set on the first visit.

3.3Wherever you are, you can change your choice at any time with the cookie settings control on the website. Declining there also removes the cookies in clause 2.3 from your browser. Your choice is saved in your browser's local storage, not in a cookie.

3.4We identify the region from Google's reading of your location and from your browser's time zone. If you are in one of the regions in clause 3.1 and saw no banner, use the cookie settings control.

3.5You can also block or delete cookies in your browser's settings. The website works without them.

4.1The sign-up pages at /start/, the Dashboard, the call pages at /call/ and the API set no cookies.

4.2The Dashboard keeps you signed in by saving your API Key in your browser's local storage on your own device and sending it with each request. It also stores a small number of preferences there, such as labels you give your applications and the sign-out timer you choose. Signing out removes the saved key; clearing the site's data in your browser removes everything.

4.3No advertising or analytics tag is loaded in the Dashboard or on the call pages.

5.1If the cookies or tags in use change, we will update this Notice and its version history before or at the time of the change.
